2. Hosting
This page is operated with Fly.io, Inc. (San Francisco, USA) in their Frankfurt am Main data centre region. Content and log data therefore reside on servers in Germany; access by the provider from the United States cannot be entirely ruled out technically. Processing is governed by a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR; the European Commission's standard contractual clauses apply to any third-country transfers.
3. Server log files
When you open this page, data your browser transmits is recorded automatically: IP address, date and time, the address requested, the volume of data transferred, browser type and operating system. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in trouble-free operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are deleted after 14 days at the latest.
4. Your rights
You have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. An email to julian@zentrala.de is enough. You may also lodge a complaint with the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht, Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
